Welcome to "Nemleah Tech". This page outlines the terms of use for the service and orders from companies and stores participating with us.

These terms will help you understand your rights when using our services. By creating your "Nemleah Tech" account, you confirm that you accept these terms.

1. Nemleah Tech Operates the "Nemleah Tech" App

2. Our Goal:

Our goal is to provide a unique, easy, and seamless experience by connecting you with our partners.

The "Nemleah Tech" app operates as an intermediary on behalf of food stores and partner companies to complete orders and manage relationships with customers and delivery providers, through follow-up of the order process with related parties and beyond.

3. Your Account:

You need to create a "Nemleah Tech" account via phone number before you can send orders. You can delete your account anytime by uninstalling the app.

We reserve the right to block or close your account if the app is misused by the user, for example (not receiving your order, submitting repeated unjustified complaints, mistreatment of our staff, defaming the company's reputation without justification, or any other reasonable cause).

4. Service Availability:

Each store has delivery zones based on proximity to your location. These zones may change at any time due to various factors such as product availability in closer stores, weather conditions, or orders being fulfilled from multiple stores to ensure service quality.

Each partner store determines its working hours on our platform, which means service availability depends on participating food and non-food stores.

If service becomes unavailable for any of the above reasons or any other reason, you will be informed that your order cannot proceed.

You will be notified via our app interface of the expected delivery time based on your selected location.

5. Orders:

Your order must be accepted by the store and our system based on your location and nearby stores before it proceeds.

Once accepted, a notification will be sent to confirm your order, its cost, and estimated delivery time. The supply contract begins when we send you confirmation. You are responsible for paying the full invoice amount shown in the app, including delivery fees. Minimum order value is SYP 5,000, maximum is SYP 525,000. Partial or full prepayment may be required in some cases before confirmation.

Cancellation:

  • You can cancel the order before it is confirmed by us, free of charge.
  • You can cancel store orders free of charge before the store starts preparing your items.
  • If you cancel after preparation has started, you'll be charged the full invoice value. If the delivery driver already left, you’ll also pay the delivery fee.
  • In exceptional cases, we may cancel your order after confirmation for unavoidable reasons, and you won't be charged for canceled orders.

6. Delivery:

Before sending your order, you can choose between immediate or scheduled delivery.

For immediate orders: We will inform you of the expected delivery time after acceptance. Be ready since we aim to deliver as soon as possible.

For scheduled orders: We will deliver your order at the time you specify.

When the delivery rider receives your order, you will receive a tracking notification through the app.

Unfortunately, despite our efforts and those of our partner stores, things don’t always go as planned. Factors like traffic or weather might delay your delivery. If your order is delayed more than an hour beyond the estimated time, it will be delivered for free, unless the delay was caused by needing to collect items from multiple stores due to unavailability at one store.

7. Addresses:

To use the app and get the best service, you must add your addresses correctly and ensure you're at the provided address.

We verify your location via two checkpoints upon entering the app and before placing your order.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, we may update it to another saved address if you notify us before the rider leaves.

If we cannot change the delivery address and the order has been prepared, you will be charged the full cost. If the rider has already left, you will also pay additional delivery fees to the new address.

8. Fake Orders:

If you fail to pay or delivery fails due to any of the following reasons:

  • You didn't open the door.
  • You didn’t answer calls on the contact numbers you provided.
  • You answered but didn't arrive within 10 minutes while the rider couldn’t find a safe place to leave the order.
  • Changing the delivery address after confirmation and refusing to pay extra delivery fees.

This will be considered a fake order, and the order will be discarded, resulting in your number being blocked until you settle all outstanding financial obligations, including 100% of the order value and delivery fees.

9. Your Rights in Case of Errors:

You have the right to refuse an order if it arrives damaged (e.g., broken milk bottle) or differs from what you ordered.

We may ask for visual proof and compensate you accordingly based on the damage level.

Before compensation, we consider:

  • Your order history and previous activity.
  • What happened during delivery.

10. Pricing and Payment:

The "Nemleah Tech" app uses dynamic pricing in some cases, meaning prices of goods and delivery may vary depending on the nearest store. Confirmed orders won’t be affected unless there’s a clear pricing error.

Prices may change if the item isn't available at the closest store. In this case, we’ll notify you to approve the change.

If a pricing error occurs, we’ll inform you immediately and let you decide whether to confirm at the new price or cancel without extra charges.

We also add delivery costs, which you will see clearly before submitting your order.

Delivery cost varies per store based on distance between delivery address and the store.

Total cost will be shown in your final checkout screen, including product and delivery fees.

11. Loyalty Program:

Our loyalty program is based on earning and redeeming points through app orders or achievements.

Points Validity:

Loyalty points earned are valid for a limited period determined by Extreme Tech. Once redeemed for a discount code or prize, the code cannot be exchanged, canceled, or transferred.

12. Our Site and Services May Change:

We regularly update our site and services and may change content at any time. We may suspend or close access indefinitely if needed.

13. Complaints and Suggestions:

We strive to offer the best service. Please inform us of any complaints or suggestions through the contact methods above so we can continue improving.

We retain your data only as long as necessary or required by law.
